You will learn first had about Spanish tapas tradition with a Spanish Host while tasting different dishes. One of the main attractions of our cuisine is the “tapas”. It is also one of our favorite ways of having lunch or dinner. We call it “having tapas” or eating “tapas style”. Tapas are small portions of different dishes that are served on the center of the table so that one can have of each tapa as much as wanted. Tapas are usually tasted with Spanish wine or “cañas” (glass of beer).
