“Much to talk about upon my return...but wanted to check-in as we settle into San Sebastian...hard to thank you enough on how wonderful and special everything has been. First, Pablo is AWESOME; everyone is in love with him. His charm, enthusiasm, calm and genuine care for making everything perfect says so much about him as a person, and you and the company you have built. The cooking class, the adorable hotel in Rioja region, our just unbelievable dinner with Martin (awesome experience) and the electric excitement of San Fermin and the best balcony around are just a few of the recent highlights. Now we enjoyed a gorgeous afternoon in San Sebastian with pinchos (sp?) for everyone and had a fantastic hour run on the sun-soaked beach. Now off to dinner...more to come :) Lauren is having the time of her life as is everyone else!"

“We are back from Spain and had a really great time. The accommodations were perfect. Pablo was a wonderful host and tour guide. We of course saw the Guggenheim, Frank Gehry vineyard, fossil foot prints, Rioja vineyards etc. we met some of the local Spaniards and even had a communal dinner cook off with neighbor family. They even went into the mountains and brought back mushrooms for our last evening cook off……. the girls want to go back to see Patricia, Jose and their kids who played soccer on the school grounds with Jordan, Lisa's son”
